Why Naturopathy AND Pilates?
Naturopathy makes sense to me as it looks at the whole person and works with the body’s innate ability to heal and restore balance.
I chose Pilates as my preferred form of movement because it strengthens the body, improves posture and flexibility, and builds core stability. It’s a safe and adaptable practice that helps prevent injuries, supports recovery, and enhances overall fitness — making it suitable for all ages and fitness levels.
Pilates also provides an excellent foundation to prepare and maintain the body for any sport, activity, or everyday function.
